We LOVED this tour. We had a wonderful guide, Lucy, who was so engaging and knowledgeable. The tour took us through streets of Hoi An onto the island where we made 4 really interesting stops. We were able to meet local people who opened their homes/temple in a welcoming way and Lucy interpreted for us, sharing the rural Vietnamese way of life. It allowed us insight into the culture which was so fascinating, and a very helpful contrast to the usual tourist opportunities. Highly recommend it. Though very hot, Lucy found us frequent shady stops which made it manageable even in August. Snacks and water included. Do it!
